EAJS PhD Database: Search
Welcome to the EAJS database of European dissertations in the field of Japanese studies. The EAJS collects information on ongoing and recently completed dissertation projects in Europe. Doctoral candidates in Europe are encourage to provide a short summary of their work-in-progress to the PhD database so they can enter in communications with fellow young scholars in their field.
The database contains the following information:
- title in original language and in English
- author
- year (beginning for dissertation projects, and end for completed dissertations)
- university
- supervisor
- category
- keywords
- number of pages
- abstract in English
With the help of the search function below you can search for a dissertation you are interested in, or you can have a look at all dissertations contained in the database using the button "show all".
If you are writing a dissertation in the field of Japanese studies or if you have already completed it, you can enter information concerning your dissertation into the database by yourself. For this purpose you need a password which you can receive upon request from the EAJS office.
